GET ON THE BUS
In April of 2017, BayCoast Bank launched a community focused initiative uniting students, educators, parents, businesses, and others throughout the market area to make education the number one priority. Building on educationally-focused community support, we created the “Get On The Bus” initiative to expand traditional corporate donations and employee involvement.
Goals of the project:
Make education a top of mind subject for SouthCoast residents, thereby creating a movement that generates continued support for local funding of school budgets and educational initiatives.
Part of the Get on the Bus initiative involved recording customers personal success stories through education. These stories were placed on a Get On The Bus microsite for others to enjoy. We heard some amazing stories throughout the journey. Two of the best most emotional stories were developed into television PSA commercials.
